Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and model this behavior across the store team. Create a diverse, inclusive environment and establish a wellbeing culture by serving as a direct communication line for staff. Confidently duty manage all store operations, including product movement, floor resets, stock replenishment, and compliance with health and safety standards. Support the People & Service Manager to drive store KPIs such as sales, conversion, stock loss, and voice of customer feedback. Empower the team to make customer-centric decisions while analyzing data to improve the customer journey. Manage a diverse team to foster a high-performing, motivated culture. Work in a fast-paced retail environment requiring weekend availability and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisor role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best
