Job Summary
People Services Coordinator responsible for HR administrative tasks including employee records, HRIS data management, onboarding coordination, payroll support, time management, and staff inquiries. Will facilitate new hire orientation and equipment/setup, assist with timesheets and personnel file data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word), ability to handle confidential information, and solid communication skills. Prior HR/administrative experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred; 2-3 years of customer service in a fast-paced environment. On-site role in Austin, TX with entry-level to mid-level responsibilities and opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- General knowledge of labor laws or HR regulatory awareness
