Manage day-to-day HR Operations processes for employees across Europe, supporting the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits, absences, and offboarding. Maintain HR Systems and employee data in Workday while assisting with HR reporting, data maintenance, and process improvement. Coordinate university agreements and mobility processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
