Job Summary
Design, redesign, and execute People and HR programs; own BAU cycles such as compensation reviews, promotions, and goal-setting processes end-to-end; collaborate closely with HRBPs and Operations to align People initiatives with business needs; lead the day-to-day execution of People programs, ensuring timelines, communication, and delivery quality; contribute to the continuous improvement and strategic evolution of internal People processes; act as a project manager within HR initiatives, maintaining structure, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong HR Foundation (Must-Have): Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or People Programs.
- Program Management Mindset: Experience managing structured initiatives or cyclical programs at scale.
- Strategic & Execution Balance: Ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on in execution.
- Tools: Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus
- Collaboration Skills: Comfortable partnering with HRBPs and operational stakeholders.
- Organizational Strength: High attention to detail, structure, and process ownership.
