People Process Optimisation Co-ordinator

Job Summary
The role supports continuous improvement of people processes across the employee lifecycle, acting as a first point of contact for Workday and people-process queries, logging and analyzing high-volume issues, collaborating with Workday/Policy teams to ensure consistent guidance, drafting/update of manager guides and FAQs, and producing regular people reports in Excel to inform process improvements. The candidate should have experience in People Operations/People Services, strong customer service, solid Workday knowledge, analytical capabilities to identify trends and root causes, advanced Excel skills, and strong written/verbal communication, with a proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative approach. Fixed-term contract based in Medivet’s Support Centre in Watford, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a People Operations or People Services role
- Strong customer service skills
- Good understanding of Workday and its key processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident Excel skills (formulas, tables, filter/sort)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Desire to resolve problems and improve processes
- Able to collaborate across teams
