Job Summary
Refine recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and support world-class talent while ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and institutional HR standards. Develop and monitor performance management processes, including 360° reviews and capacity-building programs, alongside managing compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR documentation. Partner with leadership and field teams to drive workforce planning, resolve conflicts, and foster an inclusive workplace culture through targeted policies and welfare initiatives. Coordinate administrative systems to ensure seamless HR operations across finance, program, and field units, advising management on legal and compliance risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- at least 5 years' progressive HR experience
- strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR compliance frameworks, and best practices
- experience building and implementing HR systems in growing, multi-site organizations
