Job Summary
Directly partnering with the CEO and Leadership Team to boost talent density, improve performance and organizational design, and elevate decision-making around talent strategy. The role focuses on talent quality for strategic positions, development of high-potential leaders, and ensuring leadership evolves with the company’s growth. Responsibilities include regularly calibrating core and strategic roles, identifying performance gaps with concrete action plans, facilitating calibration and talent reviews, developing high-potential individuals, designing growth plans for leaders and contributors, building a strong talent bench for critical roles, monitoring retention and succession risks, assessing organizational structure and reporting lines, proposing organizational changes aligned with growth, supporting promotions and succession processes, participating in defining and evaluating candidates for key roles, continuously improving hiring standards for leadership and critical contributors, measuring hiring quality, and partnering with the CEO and executive team to drive data-driven talent decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience leading Talent Management/Performance Management/Organizational Development or People Business Partnering
- Experience working with senior executives
- Strong analytical skills and business results orientation
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
- Experience designing and executing calibration, people reviews, and organizational planning
- Advanced or fluent English
