People Partner

People Partner focused on HR operations and regional people programs in APAC. Responsible for Workday data integrity and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding, contract tracking), day-to-day HR administration, compliance tracking, SOPs, and data analytics to provide actionable regional insights. Partners with client groups to address employee relations, performance calibration, career progression, and development, translating global People Team priorities into local/regional initiatives. Acts as a COE liaison between shared services, Total Rewards, and Talent Management; supports regional and global DEI initiatives and fosters an employer-of-choice culture. Requires a minimum of four days in the office per week and entails working in a fast-paced, matrix environment with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement through technology (e.g., generative AI, low-code automation). Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication and presentation skills; able to advise colleagues at different levels and drive change across regional teams.
