Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for North Region program vacancies by taking hiring manager requisitions, developing accurate job descriptions, and sourcing candidates across job boards and social media. Screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct sessions with stakeholders while managing the offer process and finalizing hire onboarding. Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring criteria, execute advertisement processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Generate open position reports and participate in college job fairs. This role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to multitask in a full-time environment with occasional evening or weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of solid recruiting experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to independently supervise tasks and support hiring managers
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Demonstrated professional attitude, approach, and commitment to integrity
- Successful adeptness to multitasking and prioritizing tasks and projects
- Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts
- Flexibility and ability to embrace change
- Commitment to working toward the common goal of helping to provide experiential education to underserved young people at our various programs
- Must be available during the core business hours
- Must work 40 hours each week
- Occasional evening and weekend work
