Job Summary
As a People Partner, you will support strategic HR planning and organizational change initiatives, partner with managers and leadership teams by providing coaching and guidance on people-related topics, act as a culture and employee experience champion, coordinate employee relations processes, ensure HR policies align with labor law and internal standards, support talent management initiatives, collaborate with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities, analyze HR data to support data-driven decisions, and identify opportunities for process improvements to drive operational excellence within People processes. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, the ability to work independently with multiple priorities, an analytical mindset, and fluency in English. Experience in HRBP roles, preferably in IT or software services and in international environments, plus experience with HR data, change management, and leadership development, are valued.
