Job Summary
People Partner role focused on strategic partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance and employee experience. Responsibilities include leadership coaching, building high-performing, inclusive teams, talent and succession planning, organisational change delivery, and use of people data to inform interventions. The role collaborates with Employee Relations and Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated people solutions, supports a culture of performance, inclusion, wellbeing, and trusted advisory relationships across allocated business areas. Requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, coaching, communication, problem-solving, data interpretation, and the ability to balance operational delivery with strategic thinking. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience required. Based at our West London Head Office with hybrid working options.
