Job Summary
Build or improve processes like trackers and workflows to save the team time. Lead cross-functional projects from kickoff to rollout, such as performance reviews or onboarding revamps. Own pieces of global initiatives like benefits open enrollment and ensure they land well locally. Pull data for audits or to spot trends for leadership. Present policy changes to managers and coach leaders through performance conversations. Answer employee questions on benefits or equity vesting. Process new hire paperwork and handle offboarding details with care. Serve as the trusted face of the People function for Salt Lake City managers and employees. Support audit and compliance work while using AI to speed up documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR or People Ops
- ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
