Job Summary
Strategic People Partner to support the Rokt Product Development organization, shaping structure, culture, and talent systems to drive growth, engagement, and performance. Partner with senior leaders and the C-suite to align people strategy with business priorities across Product, Engineering, and other technical functions; own complex employee relations, risk management, succession and mobility, and always-on performance rhythms. Leverage AI-enabled analytics to accelerate insights and streamline people processes, coach senior leaders, and guide transformation, integration, and potentially M&A activities. Demonstrate credible influence with senior leaders, strong business acumen, and a growth mindset for building the future of the People function within a high-growth tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6-8 years of People experience in high-growth organizations, with significant time spent as a generalist partnering at the senior leader level
- Experience with product, engineering, and other technical leaders and functions
- Demonstrated employee relations expertise—owning complex investigations, navigating grievances, managing performance plans and exits, and partnering with Legal
- Track record of credible influence with senior business leaders
- Strong business acumen: ability to read financial and people data fluently and translate into strategic recommendations
- Ability to actively use AI tools in day-to-day work and integrate AI into operations
