People Partner - Onboarding & Member Experience

Job Summary
As a People Partner for Onboarding & Member Experience, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the onboarding experience of new members, including conducting monthly check-in meetings to enhance their integration into the team. You’ll ensure the proper communication and support between new members, their team leads, and mentors, while also reviewing and scaling operational processes associated with member lifecycle. The role demands a passion for fostering a positive work environment, empathetic communication, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to continuously improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in psychology, anthropology or related field
- At least two years of work experience
- Fluent in English
- Very good Portuguese language skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in labor and social security law for Portugal
