Job Summary
People Partner NAM to join GEA Group in Hudson, WI. Translate divisional People priorities into BU-specific plans; advise BU leadership on people topics; shape BU structures; lead workforce planning (12–24 months); orchestrate end-to-end hiring; enable Talent & Performance cycles; support change and culture initiatives; collaborate with Country/Location Partners on local labor law and policy impact; ensure alignment with divisional People priorities and initiatives; requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years HR experience, strong communication, HR analytics, and leadership in change, with a focus on execution and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 5-7 years progressively responsible HR experience in performance and development, manager's consultancy, HR analytics, local labor matters, compensation and benefits
- Demonstrated change management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Time management and self-organization to manage execution
- Good interpersonal skills to influence others
- Managerial courage
