People Partner

The People Partner will serve as a front-line HR partner for assigned locations, handling employee relations, performance management, benefits, leaves of absence, onboarding, records management, policy interpretation, and personnel actions. Responsibilities include conducting employee investigations, gathering witness statements, recommending next steps, ensuring wage/hour compliance, assisting with policy implementation, managing the company-wide Performance Management process, coaching managers on employee-related issues, coordinating headcount and temporary staffing, developing HR-focused policies, handling termination paperwork and off-boarding, participating in unemployment/EEOC hearings, and supporting harassment and employee development training programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and HR certification is highly desired; bilingual in Spanish is noted. This is a full-time, on-site position.
