Job Summary
People Partner in GAC Savannah responsible for end-to-end delivery of HR support for assigned customer groups. Executes the HR annual plan, collaborates with Centers of Excellence to deliver effective workforce solutions, translates HR disciplines into actionable plans, designs and communicates dashboards/metrics, coaches management on development, and drives employee engagement and the annual performance cycle. Requires Bachelor's degree and HR experience; travel up to 25% within the role. Based in Savannah, GA. Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree related field
- 2 years related HR experience
- Other PHR preferred
- Preferred: Employee relations and investigation experience
