People Partner for People Function - Maternity Cover

People Partner for Maersk’s Global People Function on a maternity-cover basis, based at the Copenhagen HQ. The role partners with Senior/Global People Business Partners to implement the global and function-specific People Strategy, builds relationships with functional leaders to provide sparring and guidance on leadership, collaborates with Regional People Functions on day-to-day people processes, supports improvement initiatives using people insights, and participates in recruitment where relevant. The ideal candidate has solid experience with HR annual wheel activities (performance management, salary review, employee engagement, talent review) in a large, global, matrix-structured organization, plus experience with change management, workshop facilitation, and individual coaching; English proficiency is essential.
