Job Summary
Partner with diverse Commercial organization leaders to drive implementation and steady-state people partnering, ensuring all people processes are handled correctly. Deliver support by driving the annual People Function cycle, providing tactical coaching on performance management, and managing Performance Improvement Plans. Stay compliant with local labor laws, conduct employee investigations, and assist in creating People Function policies. Collaborate with global stakeholders to orchestrate transformation initiatives, develop reporting for critical data, and reconcile reports with Finance and Payroll. Use real-time people insights to identify improvement opportunities and support local management.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience as an HR generalist gained in a high-paced environment
- Deep understanding of HR fundamentals such as people performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, and employee relations
- Analytical thinker with a strong data and metrics mindset
- Ability to translate insights into meaningful recommendations and actions
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to take ownership
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local, regional and global People teams
- Ability to drive and lead initiatives spanning across multiple countries & business units
- Ability to inspire and engage wider teams to deliver results
- Knowledge of the local employment law
- Knowledge of employer requirements
- Knowledge of Works Council relationship management in North Europe Continent countries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German/Dutch

Desired Qualifications
