Job Summary

People Partner (12 Months Maternity Leave Cover) in London responsible for providing a proactive HR service across the Inside Ideas Group UK, partnering with employees and managers, line managing HR admins, supporting payroll discussions, and delivering end-to-end change management (including redundancies, restructuring, and TUPE). The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, coaches managers on staffing issues, drives employee engagement, and maintains UK employment law knowledge to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations within a fast-paced creative agency environment with onsite, office-based, and remote/hybrid teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working as an HR generalist
  • Strong demonstrable experience of dealing with end-to-end processes for complex employee relations issues (disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies)
  • Experience of providing an effective HR service with up-to-date knowledge of current legislation (UK)
  • Proactive in your approach to improving and providing effective and efficient support of all HR activities
  • Strong attention to detail under pressure & ability to manage high volumes
  • High levels of tenacity & a delivery-focused approach
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, push back, ask questions & comfortable in environments of change
  • Highly organised with a natural ability to prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to bring a positive, collaborative attitude and a sense of fun while working hard
