People Partner (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Summary
Partner with leaders in Ireland's Sales and Service teams to align people initiatives with business priorities, providing coaching and challenge for effective decision-making. Support managers through performance management processes, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management while ensuring HR policies remain aligned with legislation and organizational standards. Drive employee engagement, development, and retention by collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver a seamless employee experience across IrishJobs, Jobsie, and NIJobs.com. Assist in implementing organizational change initiatives and people programs. This hybrid role requires office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The position supports the Go-to-Market division across three core brands within The Stepstone Group's mission to create fair hiring opportunities globally.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment
- third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Strong HR generalist expertise
- policy development experience
- significant employee relations experience
- ability to coach, influence, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
