Job Summary
People Partner on a 12-month contract in Colliers UK, acts as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across multiple business units, and collaborates with the People Operations, Reward, Talent and DEI teams to ensure aligned and high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include shaping people plans, coaching on leadership and performance, using data and business context to guide decisions, driving employee engagement, building robust talent pipelines and succession plans, leading complex employee relations cases, supporting reward cycles, and contributing to strategic People projects across engagement, DEI, wellbeing and organisational development. Requires strong partnering with senior stakeholders, understanding of UK employment law, and CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience). Hybrid work arrangement with the London office.
Required Qualifications
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong employee relations experience
- Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercially meaningful action
- Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills
