Job Summary
P&O Generalist to partner with leaders on employee relations, policies, and employment law; ensure consistent interpretation of P&O policies; support benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and background checks; lead training and development initiatives; provide counsel to managers; manage performance programs and workforce planning; conduct investigations; maintain HRIS data; travel up to 50% to support Northeast teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or related field with 2–4 years HR experience OR Master’s degree with 1 year HR experience OR 6+ years of HR experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Experience in multi-site or decentralized environments a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field + 2–4 years HR experience
- Master’s degree + 1 year HR experience
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
