Job Summary
The People Operations Manager at Profound will be responsible for owning and evolving people operations end to end, including onboarding, performance processes, compensation cycles, benefits, and compliance. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for employees and managers on people-related questions, supporting managers with performance conversations, designing lightweight performance review processes, and managing HR systems like Rippling. Ideal candidates should have 4 to 7 years of experience in people operations at a startup, be approachable, and possess strong operational skills.

- 4 to 7 or more years of experience in people operations, HR, or a generalist people role at a fast-growing startup
