Job Summary
Execute and track off-cycle payment requests, ensuring compliance with established policies and approval requirements. Support the administration of overpayment cases by gathering data, performing preliminary analysis, documenting cases, and following up on recovery activities. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to payroll exceptions to support decision-making and process oversight. Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, reduce exceptions, and enhance process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and report on key operational metrics and critical cases to maintain accuracy and mitigate risks.
