Job Summary
Apprentice in People Operations supporting onboarding for France and international employees, administering HR data, coordinating payroll elements across France/UK/Spain/Germany, managing health insurance coordination and medical checks for France-based staff, handling leaves and administrative requests, and driving process improvements within HRIS and HR operations. Requires pursuing a Master’s degree in HR-related field with knowledge of French employment law, exposure to HRIS systems, and strong organizational, data-analysis, and collaboration skills. Based in the Bordeaux office for a 12-month apprenticeship starting September 2026, reporting to the People Ops Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in HR, Employment Law, Management, or a Business School with an HR specialization
- A first experience in generalist HR (internship or apprenticeship) and a solid grounding in French employment law fundamentals and core HR processes
- Prior exposure to an HRIS (BambooHR, Lucca, Personio, Workday, or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience in an international or high-growth environment is an advantage
- Skills: Highly organized, rigorous, discreet; strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets); service-oriented; collaborative; curious about HR data, automation, no-code tools
