Manage the employee lifecycle by owning end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, validating critical documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions for departing team members. Partner with Payroll and Finance to guarantee accurate communication of monthly payroll variables and finance activities on schedule. Coordinate benefits and vendor management by serving as the primary contact for providers, resolving employee queries, and auditing operational invoices for timely payment. Oversee time tracking and leave administration to maintain accurate attendance records, address discrepancies, and approve time-off requests in alignment with company policies. Support compliance and contract administration for interns and apprentices while collaborating with Global Mobility to ensure visa compliance aligns with local timelines. Proactively propose process improvements, organize digital employee records securely, and maintain close partnerships with cross-functional teams including HRBPs, Legal, and Finance.
