Job Summary
Lead and develop the People Operations team; own salary structures, benefits, HR systems, analytics, and related processes; drive automation and scalable workflows; build dashboards and turn people data into actionable insights; partner with senior People leaders and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical, scalable solutions; requires 7+ years of HR leadership experience with a focus on compensation & benefits, HR systems, and analytics; experience with HiBob or similar HRIS is a plus; relocation to Limassol, Cyprus with EU-based employment and visa support.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of broad HR experience, including team leadership
- Experience in People Operations, HRBP, HR leadership, or a similar multifunctional role
- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, people analytics, and process improvement
- Experience designing and scaling HR processes in a growing organization
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with senior leaders and turn business needs into practical solutions
- Practical, structured, and hands-on leadership style
- Fluent English (Russian or Greek is a plus)
