Job Summary
Hybrid, York, PA-based People Operations Specialist who leads full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day People Operations support. Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, coordinates onboarding in Paycom, manages candidate communications, and escalates high-risk matters. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to handle a high-volume recruiting pipeline, and familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycom). Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Travel occasional; support job fairs and recruiting events; ensure consistent candidate experience and adherence to processes across People Ops initiatives.
