People Operations Specialist (Kyiv based)

People Operations Specialist based in Kyiv will own onboarding, lifecycle management, onboarding activities, offboarding, and benefits administration within Reface's HR function. You will manage documents, access, first-day setup, new-employee onboarding from start to finish, tracking probation periods, collecting feedback, and coordinating offboarding. You’ll administer the full benefits package (insurance, partner programs, compensation), answer employee policy questions, maintain data in HR systems (PeopleForce), support HR policies and handbooks, and contribute to performance reviews and HR initiatives. You’ll work in a culture of feedback, with opportunities to grow into internal communications, employer branding, and HR initiatives. What you bring: at least 1 year HR experience focused on operations, onboarding, and administration; ability to handle multiple tasks, and familiarity with HR systems (PeopleForce or BambooHR is a plus); a drive for learning and development, and a willingness to contribute to HR processes and documentation. Location note: Kyiv office as part of the role.
