Job Summary
Execute global onboarding and offboarding workflows across 10+ countries, managing multi-system deactivations and exit compliance. Process mid-cycle employment changes and coordinate monthly global payroll inputs, including regional nuances and vendor adjustments for Spain. Serve as the primary contact for India vendor coordination on life and medical insurance, manage overtime processing, and handle international flight bookings and visa applications. Audit existing processes to identify friction points and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive administrative tasks. Join the global People Team to drive digital transformation for 1,500+ brands.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles
- Exceptional operational discipline with a track record of managing recurring deadlines
- An operational mindset that continuously seeks to automate, streamline, and scale operations using modern AI tools and system integrations
- Strong written and verbal communication to seamlessly interact with international stakeholders across time zones
- Global payroll literacy and an understanding of regional leave nuances
- Experience managing local India benefits administration and vendor relationships
- Hands-on experience with managing multiple HR platforms, including Rippling
- Proven experience using modern AI tools or low-code automation tools to scale routine operational tasks
- based in Jaipur, India
