Job Summary
As a People Operations Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance in France and providing effective support for employee inquiries. Your responsibilities include leading HR processes, formalizing contractual elements, managing immigration renewals, streamlining workflows, and using AI-driven solutions for administrative tasks. You will collaborate closely with the POPS team, providing expert recommendations for complex HR situations and maintaining data integrity while fostering a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced environment in France
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday...)
- Strong project management skills
- Good knowledge of French social legislation (SYNTEC would be a plus)
- Full working proficiency in English and French
