Job Summary
As a People Operations Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This hands-on, detail-oriented role supports onboarding, HR documentation, HR systems, attendance and benefits administration, and offboarding to ensure processes run smoothly and data remains correct. Responsibilities include preparing employment letters and HR records, maintaining employee data in HRIS systems, coordinating system access for onboarding, tracking attendance and leave for payroll reporting, administering benefits, managing offboarding processes, and conducting HR data audits and compliance checks. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR operations experience, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency with HRIS and documentation workflows, and a service-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
