Job Summary
People Operations Specialist responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This hands-on, detail-oriented role supports onboarding, HR documentation, HR systems, attendance and benefits administration, and offboarding, focusing on data accuracy and process efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing and managing HR documentation (employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers), maintaining employee records across HRIS, coordinating system access for onboarding, tracking attendance/leave/timesheets, supporting payroll-related reporting, benefits administration, offboarding activities, and HR data audits/compliance checks. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or related roles, be highly detail-focused, organized, proficient with HRIS/spreadsheets, and possess strong communication and a service-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
