Job Summary
Lead country-specific HR operations by managing complex employee lifecycle activities, including contractual changes, leave management, and transfers, while ensuring full compliance with local legislation and company standards. Support employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievance processes in partnership with managers and HRBPs, providing practical guidance on local employment laws and operational risks. Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and external vendors to deliver compliant local HR processes and support the implementation of global HR initiatives within country-specific frameworks. Identify operational risks and process gaps to drive standardization and contribute to the development of operational process documentation and country guidance. Work independently within a global operating model to ensure effective delivery of HR processes and business change.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in relevant country-specific HR operational experience
- Strong HR generalist experience with operational HR ownership
- Experience supporting employee relations and operational HR delivery within a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of local employment legislation and HR operational practices
- Ability to manage complex operational issues requiring judgement and practical application
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a global operating model
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving capability
- Experience working with HR systems and operational workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent)
