Job Summary
Remote UK-based People Operations Partner role responsible for end-to-end People Operations across a globally distributed workforce, onboarding to lifecycle changes, contracts, benefits, HR systems; partner with the wider People team to deliver key People programs; build and improve processes, workflows and self-service experiences; maintain BambooHR and HR data; ensure compliance across systems; collaborate with Finance, IT, People Partners and external providers to run payroll inputs and vendor management; focus on scalable, human employee experience and leveraging automation to simplify work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in People Operations, HR Operations or HR Generalist role
- Comfortable owning end-to-end processes
- Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets and data
- Proactive, self-directed with initiative
- Empathy and good judgement
- Enthusiasm for using automation/AI to simplify work
