Job Summary
People Operations Partner based in Uddingston/Glasgow, UK, delivering consistent, high-quality HR support to managers and employees across the south of Scotland with a hands-on approach. Responsible for day-to-day employee relations casework (absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, flexible working), overseeing recruitment and onboarding, coaching managers on performance and development, providing hands-on support during restructures and reorganisations, and acting as the first point of contact for people queries. Requires practical HR experience in a multi-site/regional setting, solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. A full UK driving license is essential. The role involves travel across the UK with potential overnight stays and offers hybrid working.
