People Operations Manager

Job Summary
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and data management within BambooHR. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while administering payroll, benefits, and the Employer of Record platform (Deel) for global employees. Lead performance management cycles through Leapsome, drive engagement initiatives, and generate people dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Continuously improve HR processes, create SOPs, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to scale operations for a high-growth technology company serving Fortune 500 clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms
- Experience administering performance management platforms such as Leapsome
- Experience managing Employer of Record (EOR) platforms, preferably Deel
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and employment regulations
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, and global employee operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for building outstanding employee experiences
