Job Summary
Lead and continuously improve onboarding and employee lifecycle programs across multiple locations; design engaging initiatives to strengthen culture and retention; coach managers on performance conversations and development; develop scalable people processes, tooling, and leadership resources; partner with senior stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness and data-driven decisions; manage reporting and analytics to support people decisions. Focus areas include onboarding optimization, employee engagement, retention initiatives, performance management coaching, leadership resources, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver people-focused projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within a People Operations, HR Business Partner or Employee Experience role
- Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives
- Experience coaching and developing managers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and identify trends
