Focus areas include onboarding optimization, employee engagement, retention initiatives, performance management coaching, leadership resources, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver people-focused projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience within a People Operations, HR Business Partner or Employee Experience role
  • Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives
  • Experience coaching and developing managers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and identify trends
