Job Summary
People Operations Manager needed to partner with business units to optimize people strategy, drive workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, and engagement; lead employee relations with policy/compliance focus (EEO, OFCCP, SCA); oversee compensation strategizing and development planning; drive HR analytics, onboarding/offboarding, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, and Finance; support AI-enabled HR technologies and data-driven decision-making; require bachelor’s degree and 7+ years HR experience with 4+ years in employee relations and 2+ years supporting federal contracts; compensation experience in government contracting and strong communication and development skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- 4+ years in an employee relations leadership role
- 2+ years supporting federal contracts
- Direct experience supporting business units as a Business Partner
- Proven compensation experience in government contracting (SCA, exempt/non-exempt)
- Strong familiarity with OFCCP, EEO, and labor classification requirements
- Experience implementing AI-enabled HR technologies and data-driven insights
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- High ethical judgment and discretion
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, and Finance
- Ability to prepare for internal and external audits (e.g., DCAA)
