People Operations Lead

Lead and develop the London and Brussels-based People Operations teams to deliver seamless employee experience across the UK and EU. Own ticketing operations, SLAs, and process excellence while driving automation and knowledge-base improvements. Partner with local business stakeholders and UK/EU vendors to align People Operations services with team needs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and payroll inputs. Use data and insights to inform planning for the UK/EU Wiser experience, coaching and developing a team of Support Specialists (4 in London, 1 Senior in Brussels) and driving a culture of working smart, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Focus on stakeholder management, change facilitation, and a customer-driven approach to elevate the People journey in a regulated financial-services context.
