Job Summary
People Operations Lead responsible for the operational backbone and strategic partnership to the Chief People Officer; owns HR operations, systems, and programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, data integrity in HRIS, and compliance. Partners with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, career development, and compensation planning; drives process improvements, AI-enabled automation, and scalable HR workflows; ensures audit-ready documentation and international compliance; leads projects and reporting, partnering with Legal, Finance, Security, and Talent Acquisition; works in a fully remote, USA-focused environment with strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and cross-functional stakeholder influence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience spanning HR operations and HR generalist responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across multiple functions
- Demonstrated AI fluency, including hands-on use of Claude/ChatGPT for building reports and automating workflows
- Strong experience designing scalable HR processes in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment
- Experience supporting global HR functions (U.S. required; Europe is a plus)
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems; Rippling and Greenhouse experience strongly preferred
- Analytical skills with HR data and reporting; ability to build dashboards
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance (federal, state, international)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels
- Organizational skills to manage competing priorities while maintaining detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
