Job Summary
People Operations Coordinator responsible for administering employee benefits and new-hire enrollments, supporting ACA eligibility, assisting with semi-monthly payroll and bonus processing in Paycor, managing onboarding including I-9/work authorization, monitoring mandatory training and credential compliance, serving as the HR support-contact, maintaining accurate employee records, and partnering with Recruiting on pre-hire screening. Requires on-site presence in Fort Worth, TX, and two+ years in HR/benefits/payroll, with proficiency in HRIS/payroll tools, benefits administration, and compliance. Preferred experience in senior living or multi-site orgs; SHRM-CP or PHR certifications preferred; associate or bachelor degree in HR/business.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in human resources, benefits, payroll, or people operations.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms (Paycor preferred) and Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of benefits administration, I-9 and work authorization, and core employment compliance.
