People Operations (HR) Business Partner

Job Summary
Evaluate and forecast People Operations requirements while collaborating with the Talent Engagement Specialist to provide cross coverage for recruitment and onboarding. Partner with assigned business units to assess alignment between people management strategies and existing policies, facilitating disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Coach department supervisors on performance management, compensation programs, and decision-making while analyzing trends to propose competitive pay structures. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by reviewing policies and staying current on regulatory changes and HR best practices. Collaborate with the HRIS vendor to ensure business continuity for daily functions and adjust to production-related shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist position

- Full-time position
- Monday thru Friday 6a – 6p with production related activities requiring 24/7/365 shifts
- Travel between locations is expected in the role
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist position
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential
- Change Management certification
