Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end new hire onboarding logistics for Cypress and Redondo Beach facilities, including scheduling, paperwork, and Day One coordination. Administer daily HRIS (Rippling) data entry for new hires, changes, and terminations to ensure audit-readiness. Translate policy decisions into process documentation, FAQs, and training materials while maintaining the People Team intranet and checklists. Support cross-functional projects from planning through completion and provide administrative assistance for filings and employee inquiries. Manage compliance auditing and reporting under the direction of the HR Business Partner. Requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of onboarding/HRIS experience in California.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience independently owning onboarding logistics, HRIS administration, and process documentation for a California employer
- Able to run the full new hire lifecycle and HRIS recordkeeping from day one with minimal ramp-up
- Has independently administered an HRIS platform in a production capacity
- Has independently built or substantially maintained onboarding checklists, process documentation, or job aids for an HR team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Working knowledge of California employment law fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential employee information
- This is an onsite role at our new facility in Cypress, CA
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Rippling experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting a California-based, multi-site employer
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification
- Experience supporting onboarding or HRIS administration in a manufacturing environment
