Job Summary
Lead end-to-end administration of Leave of Absence cases and manage annual Open Enrollment, serving as the primary liaison for insurance brokers and retirement providers. Serve as a power user for Rippling, overseeing data integrity, system configurations, and workflow automation while conducting regular audits to ensure compliance. Support the annual compensation review process, manage performance management cycles, and administer company-wide engagement surveys. Collaborate on full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles, oversee Employee Resource Groups, and assist the Director in addressing mid-level employee relations and internal investigations.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in a People/HR role
- significant exposure to benefits administration
- experience with HR systems
- Advanced proficiency in Rippling
- Advanced proficiency in similar platforms like BambooHR or Workday
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
- Solid understanding of FMLA/LOA regulations
- Solid understanding of benefits compliance (COBRA, ERISA)
- Solid understanding of multi-state labor laws
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced organization
- track record of building scalable HR systems and processes from the ground up
