Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries through the HR Ticketing system, maintaining confidentiality and delivering an excellent employee experience. Manage global onboarding and offboarding processes for the Americas region, coordinating payroll paperwork, benefits administration, and work authorization compliance. Administer compliance-related training globally and maintain accurate employee records within the global HRIS system. Support benefits administration for international providers across the Americas and administer leave of absence compliance through Cocoon for US employees, while providing additional leave support for Canada and Brazil-based staff. Assist with the bi-annual merit and promotion process, employee engagement surveys, and people programs impacting the global population. Act as a backup for EMEA/APAC onboarding, offboarding, and employee questions, and collaborate with the broader team to implement effective company-wide people processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of HR Generalist/Operations experience working in fast-paced technology environments
- PHR or aPHR certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 18 months of hire
- Experience managing global HR systems
- Prior experience with leave administration in the US
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and a commitment to workplace integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to give and receive open, constructive feedback in a way that cultivates trust and respect

Desired Qualifications
- Start-up and public company experience
- Experience with UKG/Ultipro
- Experience with leave administration in Canada and Brazil
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, including reassigning, categorizing, and updating tickets
