Job Summary
Own the data-informed people decisions for talent, performance, and org design. Define how leaders understand teams, where the organization is breaking, and what to do about it, spanning data, systems, and execution. Build and maintain data pipelines across HRIS, recruiting, performance, and finance; create a reliable source of truth for headcount, hiring, productivity, and organizational health; develop dashboards and reporting on hiring, retention, onboarding, org changes, and workforce. Drive cross-functional initiatives with People, Finance, Recruiting, and Engineering; lead monthly/quarterly reviews; design and implement performance management, internal mobility, and workforce planning processes; ship internal tools and automation to improve visibility and speed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years in people operations, business operations, recruiting operations, analytics, program management, consulting, or similar execution-heavy environments
- Track record of taking ambiguous problems through execution
- Strong technical skills in SQL and at least one of Python or R, plus experience with BI tools
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly
- High standards for structure and follow-through
