Job Summary
Strategic People Operations Business Partner partnering with business leaders to align HR objectives with partners and employees across designated departments. Acts as a strategic advisor in decision-making, providing end-to-end HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development to drive measurable impact. Responsibilities include organizational design, diagnosing complex problems across teams, leading HR program implementations, guiding managers on performance and development, workforce planning and budgeting for hiring and learning initiatives, driving large-scale organizational change, and using People metrics to inform data-based decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience
- At least 5 years of HR business partnering experience in technology, fintech, or high-growth organizations
- Experience with HRIS systems and People analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Structured analytical skills with judgement for diagnosing organizational challenges and recommending solutions
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering workforce initiatives on time and budget
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across markets where we operate
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
- Experience guiding senior HR professionals through ambiguous situations
- Experience with talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development
- Experience with organizational design decisions and large-scale organizational change
- Ability to partner with business leaders on workforce planning, forecasting budgets for hiring, engagement, and learning and development
