People Operations Associate

Coordinate key onboarding processes for all new hires, including tracking required steps, communicating deadlines, and preparing materials. Serve as a responsive point of contact for teammates, providing clear guidance on People Operations processes while responding to questions via tickets, calls, and other channels. Partner with Talent, Schooling, Operations, Finance, and school-based teams to support staff and ensure consistent policy implementation. Manage external vendor partnerships to maintain high-quality support aligned to organizational standards. Identify opportunities to improve employee communications and refine processes based on stakeholder feedback. Maintain metrics and tracking tools to monitor progress and identify gaps. Wear multiple hats as part of a lean scale-up team, supporting colleagues and taking on new projects as needed.
